The Critical Role of Art
Art is revolution, in our current situation a revolution of peace. Art fosters change on personal and universal levels. Art is a form of catharsis, healing, communication, and growth. The creation of art is an act of freedom, self-development, and connection to the Creator.
Whether through music, form, color, word, movement, song, sound frequencies, cinematic depiction—through a poem, sonnet, comedy act, sculpture, or a cymatics sound experiment—art connects to something in the viewer and simultaneously provides a means of expression for its creator.
Art leads to modes of invention and connection to Source through the act of creation. The connection knows no age, gender, race or social standing. Skills can be acquired, but art itself involves developing one’s voice and belief in oneself as a creative being. These qualities can be developed with the assistance of skilled guides who know how to empower and not impose.
Imposing and empowering are two very different things when it comes to freeing creativity, and is a skill to be practiced and understood by instructors.
Outlets for Professionals
Opportunities and means of existence as an artist have not been equitable, available or in most cases, attainable. Film, the music industry, and high fashion are rife with corruption and dark practices.
Visual art is hyped and commercialized, while forms like poetry and performance art have largely disappeared. These days making a living as an artist involves losing one’s way in the effort to become saleable, destroying both the essence of creativity and the uniqueness of being human.
The revitalization of media, news and entertainment of all types reverses false information and agendas, and establish a basis of truth with raised frequency in its role as a vehicle for freedom, connection, truth, and peace.
Art Instruction
The Arts have largely disappeared from public schools, with those opting for art careers steered into commercialized work in order to make a living. The true artist is eventually faced with starvation, giving up, selling out or choosing a different pursuit. Arts revitalization creates viable paths for artists by providing skill based instruction and funding creative careers.

Returning the arts to individuals and society is highly attainable through a multi-tiered approach involving the Revitalization of Creativity, Revitalization of the Media, and Revitalization of Community.
We assert that Creativity is a Vital Human Function and name this plan AARTS: Arts Alliance for Revitalization and Transformation.
